I've been studying A Course in Miracles for several months, and I thought it was truly helping me. {But lately, things have taken a scary turn. My dreams are filled with nightmares. My thoughts are constantly racing and I feel like I'm falling apart. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I need help, please! I don't know what to do.
